1. Who we are
Nexforge Labs (“we”, “us”) provides AI consulting, workflow automation, AI training, website building, and related technology services to businesses, primarily in the United Kingdom. This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through this website and in the course of providing our services.
For any privacy question or request, contact us at contact@nexforgelabs.com.
2. What we collect
Contact and enquiry details: your name, work email address, company, and anything you include in a message when you use our contact form, book a call, or request an audit.
Email subscription details: your email address when you sign up for our guides or updates, along with the signup source and date.
Usage data: pages visited, approximate location (city level), device and browser information, and how you arrived at the site — collected via analytics cookies described in section 5.
Chat messages: if you use the chat widget, the contents of your conversation and the contact details you choose to share.
3. How we use it
To respond to enquiries and provide the services you ask about (legitimate interests / steps prior to a contract).
To send you the content you signed up for and occasional relevant updates — you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email (consent).
To understand how the website is used and improve it, and to measure the effectiveness of our marketing (legitimate interests / consent for cookies where required).
We do not sell personal data.
4. Who processes data on our behalf
We use a small number of service providers to run this site and our communications: Brevo (email subscriptions and transactional email), Google Analytics (site analytics), Meta (advertising measurement via the Meta Pixel), Crisp (website chat), and our hosting provider. Each processes data under its own data processing terms, and some may process data outside the UK/EEA under appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
5. Cookies
This site uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics (Google Analytics), advertising measurement (Meta Pixel), and the chat widget (Crisp). You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; the site will continue to work without them.
6. How long we keep data
Enquiry and client records are kept for as long as needed to handle the relationship and meet legal and accounting obligations. Email subscription data is kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained according to the relevant provider's standard retention settings.
7. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, and object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email contact@nexforgelabs.com and we will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or legal requirements change. The date below reflects the latest revision; material changes will be flagged on this page.
